Over the Thanksgiving break on my way to Houston with my family I mapped a stop to go to the Spoetzl Brewery, AKA the Shiner brewery. It was a nice time. The tour was rather limited and no pictures were allowed, so I took random shots of the historic pictures on the wall. If you ever make it to that town stuck in between San Antonio and Houston, they give you four free samples of the 6-8 different brews they have on tap. I will say that the brewery is a lot smaller than I thought it would be for how much beer they put out. They are incredibly efficient.
